Outcome-based pricing
Pay for the AI system by the business outcome it is accountable to.
KefeerKraft prices around verified business outcomes, not seats or open-ended hours. Public AI support vendors are already charging per resolved outcome, voice-agent platforms expose minute-based cost floors, and enterprise AI SDR vendors still package managed programs around pipeline value. Our model uses pilots, minimums, caps, and audit trails so the buyer gets proof while the operating system stays sustainable.
Pricing models
Choose the operating model first.
Most clients start with a narrow pilot, then shift into a platform floor plus verified outcome meter once proof exists.
Outcome pilot
RecommendedCommercial model: Free trial $0/14 days
A single high-impact workflow where access, baseline, and success metric are clear.
One KPI, one workflow, one proof dashboard. Converts only after the outcome is measurable.

Commercial model: $1.5K/mo base + per outcome
Support, lead qualification, extraction, review, content, or reporting agents.
Typical configured meters include $0.55 per resolved ticket, $75 per held meeting, and $75 per published asset.

Commercial model: $3.5K/mo base + verified outcome meter
Three to five recurring workflows with approvals, monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
Includes operating cadence; upside is configured as audited gainshare or per-unit outcome pricing over included volume.

Commercial model: $1.5K/mo base + $75 per held meeting
Outbound, inbound speed-to-lead, appointment setting, and AI-assisted sales operations.
Pipeline outcomes start with $1.5K/mo base and a configured held-meeting meter.

Commercial model: $12K fixed build
Client portals, onboarding agents, dashboards, micro-SaaS tools, and multi-step user workflows.
Agent-powered app builds use the configured fixed-build pilot, then convert to an operator contract when required.

Commercial model: Enterprise Outcome: custom only above $50K ACV
A managed operating partner overseeing multiple agents, governance, releases, and ROI reporting.
Gain-share requires a shared baseline dashboard and defaults to a 2x–3x monthly-base cap.
Explore this pathOutcome rules
Performance pricing only works when the result is measurable.
Pilot first when the workflow is narrow: one integration, one KPI, one baseline dashboard, and a hard conversion decision.
Outcome fees only activate when the metric is auditable: accepted resolution, qualified lead, held meeting, approved output, processed record, verified saving, or attributed revenue.
Every production plan keeps either a platform fee, minimum outcome commitment, or included-volume floor so monitoring, QA, hosting, and iteration are covered.
Do not price every sales result as a meeting: leads, booked appointments, held ICP meetings, and sales-qualified opportunities need different meters.
Success fees use caps, alerts, exclusions, and audit trails by default; uncapped gain-share is reserved for mature, trusted systems.
Proof / SLA
Proof, SLA, and service credits
Every Outcome Operator run starts with an outcome brief: the measurable result, required inputs, attribution source, published Time-to-Value window, and minimum volume floor.
Meter
Meter: measurable outcome defined in the outcome brief before the run starts.
A billable outcome requires an accepted proof event: timestamp, source system, outcome status, attribution note, and review record.
Proof
Accepted proof event fields: timestamp, source system, outcome status, attribution note, review record.
Time-to-Value
Time-to-Value window: published in the outcome brief before kickoff.
Credit rule
If outcomes are not measurable inside the published Time-to-Value window, the base fee for the affected run is waived as service credits against the next run. If we deliver less than 70% of the agreed minimum outcome volume, and the required buyer inputs were available on time, service credits apply against the next run.
Credits are service credits only. They are not cash refunds. They apply to future KefeerKraft work under the active order terms.
Credits do not apply to buyer-side delays, missing or inaccurate data, inaccessible systems, compliance holds, changed scope, or outcomes rejected outside the agreed review window.
Proof tiers
Claims stay tied to proof.
Exploratory: free trial or service-credit pilot only; no broad custom build hidden inside the pilot.
Baseline exists: platform floor plus modest per-outcome fee or success kicker.
Validated pilot: stronger per-output, per-resolution, per-qualified-lead, or savings-share pricing.
Repeatable system: outcome-heavy terms with included volume, caps, floors, and audit rules.
Research anchors
The recommendation is not copied from one market price.
Support automation
Support resolution pricing should stay anchored to $0.55 per resolved ticket with a platform floor.
Voice / appointment ops
Retell, Vapi, and Synthflow show voice infrastructure is minute-based, roughly cents-per-minute before retries, QA, enrichment, and compliance.
Enterprise AI SDR
Qualified-style vendors sell demo-led enterprise packages, so high-value B2B meetings can justify more than low-end appointment pricing when qualification is strict.
Seat-based incumbents
Zendesk still prices core service plans per agent seat, so outcome pricing should be framed as aligned risk-sharing, not as the only possible market model.

Start with the outcome. We’ll recommend the right pricing model.
If the result is auditable, we can structure a platform floor plus outcome meter. If it is not, we start with a tightly scoped pilot, activation milestone, or managed operating model.
