Terms of Service

KefeerKraft provides managed delivery programs, flagship agents, frameworks, and client portal access for business customers.

Services are billed according to the public pricing shown on product and managed-service pages unless a written statement of work overrides the default scope.

Managed-service subscriptions run on a 3-month minimum unless otherwise stated. Support SLAs and escalation windows follow the active service tier or written SOW.

Clients remain responsible for lawful data use, business decisions, and permissions for connected systems. KefeerKraft remains responsible for delivery, release management, and the service commitments explicitly stated in the contract.
